Virtual Workplace Health Checks - Wellbeing Week

28th September to 2nd November sees Prestige Recruitment’s well-being week where a number of events will take place designed to promote physical health and mental well-being across the workplace.

As a recruitment business, we know how important staff well-being is. We work hard to ensure that all our team members and candidates benefit from a positive working environment where they are looked after and are encouraged to look after themselves.

As part of this weeks’ well-being week events, Hannah Dixon joined us today for our Virtual Workplace Health Checks. Due to the current pandemic restrictions, our planned in-person meetings were not possible but the new virtual meetings are a fantastic way of supporting our colleagues with their health, well-being and lifestyle.

The colleagues who took part had a one to one via the web to check height v weight, blood pressure, diet, smoking and drinking habits along with lifestyle. Rob Gore, our Finance Manager, is pictured ready to start his virtual meeting with Hannah this morning.

It’s really important to look after ourselves and being able to speak to a health care professional for tips and guidance is key to putting our minds at rest and paving the way for a happy and healthy lifestyle.

These health checks are available for everyone in the Hull community so to get involved and book your virtual health check, you can visit their website at– www.healthcheckshull.co.uk.
