To give this some context, in April we stopped allowing walk-ins and operated on an appointment only basis, with core team members maintaining the two-metre distancing rule and wearing masks and gloves when meeting with key workers. Meanwhile, our Head Office closed daily from 12:15pm to 1:45pm for thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the reception area and training rooms.
We would like to assure you that this adherence to workplace hygiene will continue in the long term. This enables us to maintain sanitised surroundings in line with guidelines stipulated by the Government, the Health and Safety Executive and the NHS.
