Rewind and Inspection Quality Controller
Monday – Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm
£23.400 per annum plus voluntary overtime

Packing and Despatch
You will work within the Finishing department/team
Any necessary training will also be provided for the role which will include: -
- inspection of finished print work
- Packing finished print work ready for dispatch
- Operating the rewind and inspection machines
- Working as part of our team to help achieve the company’s targets.
- Ensuring a general clean working environment
- Adhering to our Health & Safety/ BRC/ ISO 9001 working practices
- Finished goods, stock management.
These are the major elements of the role, but other tasks will be required as necessary.
Your holiday entitlement is 26 days per annum, plus bank holidays. The holiday year runs from the 1st of October until the 30th of September each year. You will be required to use 3,4- or 5-days holiday during the company Christmas shutdown period. All holidays must be approved by your line manager or a director of the company.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week excluding 30 minutes lunch breaks. The hours of work may vary, but standard hours are from 13:30pm to 22:00pm Monday – Thursday and 11:00am to 4:30pm Friday (no break on Friday).
Any overtime is paid at increased rates and is voluntary. The company has also previously made one off profit-related incentive payments. These are not guaranteed and will be assessed during individual annual reviews. You will automatically be entered into the company auto-enrolment pension scheme. Overtime will be paid at the current rate in line with all other members of staff.
