Hygiene Operative - Nights

We are recruiting on behalf of our client Cranswick Country Foods Watton. Our clients is a dedicated processing facility in Norfolk producing fresh pork sausages and added value meal solutions. Watton was originally a family business which was acquired by our client in 2009. Since then they have made significant investment in the site with state of the art equipment, installation of robotics to continuously improve efficiency's. Our client despite their scale, remains a local business with traditional values. With all that in mind our client are looking to expand the Night team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Hygiene Night Department for full time work 4on 4off. Our Client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities include;
- Cleaning of all departments throughout the site during and after daily production and processing;
- Safe use of chemicals and cleaning equipment;
- Complying with all Health, Safety and Quality procedures at all times;
- Working at pace as a team to achieve production targets on a daily basis;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
We Can Offer:
- Starting rate of £12.77 per hour with overtime paid at £17.03 per hour once contracted weekly hours of 30 or 40 are met;
- the pay rate increase to £13.72 per hour after completing chemical training with overtime at £18.29 per hour;
- Working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 19:00 – 05:30;
- £35 weekly attendance bonus
- Immediate starts following completion of registration and induction;
- Regular opportunities to apply for permanent contracts with the client;
