Accounts Clerk
Based in Hull, HU7
Permanent contract (4 month probation)
Monday to Thursday - 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-12:30
1x30min break & 2x 15nin breaks Monday to Thursday and 1x15min break on Friday
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
Salary: £24k - £26k DOE
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths desired
- AAT preferred
Duties include:
- Invoicing caravans, invoicing spare parts and controlling caravan stocklist (in time)
- Government stats (in time), production/sales report weekly, utility invoices to give to brokers
- Petty cash visa analysis, possible cash book work and balance sheet reconciliations
- Other adhoc duties relating to the department including management reports
- Systems used – Sage 50, Microsoft Office and an in house system
