FLT Counterbalance and Reach truck drivers - 4ON 4OFf  - 6AM-6PM

We are recruiting on behalf of our client Cranswick PREPARED POULTRY . Our client despite their scale, remains a local business with traditional values.  With all that in mind our client are looking to expand the team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Counterbalance drivers  for full time work 4 on 4 off.  Our Client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.

• £13.67 per hour
• Working Hours: 4on 4off - 6am-6pm
• Immediate starts following completion of registration and induction.
• Free on-site parking.
• Canteen facilities.
• Friendly and supporting working environment with on site assistance of a Prestige rep.

Training and career progression.

Opportunity of a permanent contract.

Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience: 

• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Punctual
• Self-motivated
• Signed off to all site safe systems of work and operating procedures
• Hold Counterbalance and Reach truck licence with at least 1 year experience.

Our client is one of the UK's largest food producer's specialising in meat Products. There have been established for over 30 years. There are currently looking to expand their workforce at one of their sites in Hull. There are looking for FLT Counterbalance  Driver to assist in general warehousing duties.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance and Reach Truck.
• UK driving license required.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Ensuring safe and efficient movement of products around the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues to the supervisor
• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Proactive with a desire and attitude to learn and develop.
• An excellent attitude towards Health and Safety and will be expected to work at a high standard.
• Experience with working in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times.
