The Prestige Romanian Recruitment Mission
As part of the proactive recruitment mission, we’re sending a delegation to three major cities – Bucharest, Clus and Iasi.
The team in Romania will be drumming up awareness about Prestige and the opportunities there are to work in the UK. At the same time, they will be clearing up confusion over the impact of Brexit, and making it clear that Romanian nationals will still be eligible to work in the UK under a full range of scenarios, including in the event of a no deal.
As part of the work, we’ll be speaking to potential candidates and recruitment partners across the cities, to help expand the base of Romanian nationals we have on our books, who are ready to take up permanent, temporary and seasonal positions working in the UK as quickly as possible.
The mission is being supported by an extensive online advertising campaign designed to strengthen the messaging and encourage Romanian nationals to sign up with Prestige – with a view to working with our clients in the UK.
We’ll also be providing full support to candidates showing interest in working in the UK. In addition to making the proposition as attractive as possible, we will be vetting candidates to ensure that only eligible people apply, and that the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
