New Legal Changes in April 2020

As part of our continued efforts to stay at the top of the industry, our HR & Regional Operations Manager Vicky is attending a REC seminar in Manchester covering the legal changes affecting the Recruitment industry later this year. 

From April, there will be many legal affecting the industry and recruitment agencies, these include;

• The extension of the off-payroll rules (IR35) into the private sector
• The requirement  for a Key Information Document
• The repeal of Swedish derogation contracts
• The right to a Written Statement of Particulars from day one of employment to be extended to all workers
