Changes to Regulation 10 Contracts (Swedish Derogation Model)

Have you considered your options?

As of the 6th April 2020, the Swedish Derogation model will be abolished, following ongoing criticism that it has been used as a loophole for businesses to avoid pay parity.

The introduction of The Agency Workers (Amendment) Regulations 2019 will come into force in a change that will have major legal implications for recruitment agencies across the country. This ensures equal rights for all agency workers and means that agency workers will be paid the same as their colleagues carrying out the same job.

If you are a labour user or an employee and need support and guidance following the recent announcement.

Dawn Benson - Operations Director and Vicky Black - HR Manager can offer their knowledge on this subject following their attendance to a workshop on the subject.
