Recruitment Support Administrator
Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited is looking for an experienced Recruitment Support Administrator, to work at our dedicated On-Site Recruitment Facility in Watton, Norfolk.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and methodical administrator to work as part of a small but busy team. You must be willing to go that extra mile to achieve results and meet deadlines required by our Client and be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
You will need to be confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word. Additionally, you will have the ability to multi task, communicate well with others of all levels and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
It would be advantageous to speak either Polish, Latvian, Russian or Portuguese due to us employing a multi-national workforce.
This position would be suitable for a person who has worked in a similar position previously either in a Recruitment Office or at an On-Site facility. Main duties will be data entry, filing, checking application forms and assistance with registrations. Organisation of security passes and collating time sheet data each week. You will also be responsible for recruiting new staff for the production facility. Assisting with registrations and inductions. Checking applications and ensuring compliance of ID and references.
You will be trained to carry out the duties of the payroll administrator and the staff co-ordinators to assist with holiday and sickness cover if required.
You will need to have your own transport for this position as you may be required to work from our High Street Office in Dereham on some days and occasional travel to our Head Office may be necessary. This position is to start immediately.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
