Prestige Recruitment Specialists are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Consultant to join their Dereham Branch to assist in the growth of their newly established business in Norfolk.
Working alongside an Experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and building your own desk in your chosen business sector, as well as providing assistance to the existing desks within the branch when required.
This position would suit an experienced Resourcer or a Trainee Consultant looking to make the next move in their career. With full support and mentoring, you will be challenged to drive your desk forward and create strong business partnerships with your clients.

We currently have numerous Industrial, Engineering, Construction and Commercial clients and we will welcome applications from consultants who have industry background in these sectors. To be considered for this role you will need to have a proven background in business development within Recruitment. Experience of working to targets and deadlines, competent candidate sourcing skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload and excellent time management skills. Knowledge of current recruitment compliance regulations and the HR functions of a recruitment business.
You will need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to enable you to travel within the region to carry out business development meetings and occasional travel to our Head Office for training and development purposes.
Main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to grow and develop a specialist desk through making targeted sales calls and attending business meetings. Interviewing and screening potential candidates for the positions you acquire and placing candidates accordingly. Using our Recruitment software to plan and manage your own workload. Managing your own pipeline of new and potential business, ensuring all potential business relationships are regularly contacted and existing business is maintained. Working on both Temporary and Permanent vacancies. You will work towards exceeding your weekly KPIs and financial budgets.
You will need to be a hardworking and dedicated Recruitment Professional with a “can do” attitude. Able to multi-task, work under pressure and have a flexible approach to working. A problem solver who can offer solutions to clients in a consultative manor to achieve excellent customer experiences.
