Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for a Project Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support within a large manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and have strong administrative skills.
The duties of the role include:
Mail: incoming sort/outgoing frank (rota basis)
Travel bookings for Chief Operating Officer and Projects team (flights, hotel, rail, taxi, hire car). This is the highest percentage of the role.
Logging of travel bookings and costs on to travel spreadsheet
Foreign currency ordering from Finance Department
International visa applications
Internal: answering/transferring departmental calls, booking internal meeting rooms, ordering of lunches for external guests, provision of tea/coffee for meetings
Authorised signatory for airport airside passes including form completion, reference requests
Completion of staff location spreadsheet for the department for the forthcoming week and completion of roll call register for previous week.
Stationery ordering for department/stock control of stationery
Invoice coding and authorisation
Expenses tracking for authorisation
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong administration experience
An exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Organised and methodical approach to tasks
Job Type: Fixed Term (1 year)
Salary: £21,000 to £22,000
Hours of Work: Full Time
