The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and basic accounts knowledge. We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to bring a fresh and exciting approach to office management.
• Providing support to staff in areas of administration and document processing
• Ensuring accurate and up to date records across all relevant management information systems
• Ensuring audit requirements are met
• Managing a small team of staff in administration and accounts processes
• Overseeing general office organisation such as post, supplies and administration support
• Handling incoming telephone calls and directing as relevant
• Liaising with suppliers and providers
• Basic financial awareness
• Excellent Excel skills with great attention to detail
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
• Exceptional organisations skills
• Basic accounts knowledge
Hours- 8.30am- 4.30pm Monday- Friday
