£30k to £45k DOE Plus Company Vehicle and pension

Nexus Workspace is a leading provider of mezzanine floor solutions. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our sales team as a Mezzanine Floor Designer and Sales Representative with relation to storage mezzanine floors. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements, conducting site surveys, creating design proposals, and providing accurate project costings and quotations.

 Responsibilities:

 - Meet with clients to gather project requirements and capture design briefs.

- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess the feasibility and specifications of mezzanine floor installations.

- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed design proposals that meet client requirements and comply with relevant building control rules and regulations.

- Prepare accurate project costings and quotations, ensuring designs are optimized to maximize clients' budgets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to present design proposals to clients, addressing any queries or concerns.

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth handover of projects and provide necessary design support throughout the installation process.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building regulations, and best practices related to mezzanine floor design and installation.

 Requirements:

 - Proven experience in the design and installation of mezzanine floors, with a particular focus on storage mezzanine floors.

- In-depth knowledge of mezzanine floor construction techniques, building control rules, and regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating accurate and detailed design proposals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.

- A valid driving license is required.

- Smart appearance and professional demeanour.

 Salary and Benefits:

 - Salary range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Company vehicle provided.

- Laptop for work-related tasks.

- Participation in the company's pension scheme.

- 20 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays (with an increase of one additional day for each year of service, up to 25 days).
