Customer Service Advisor / Administrator
This role will deal involve handling general phone and email queries from customers, whilst at the same time ensuring you are providing a high quality customer experience. There will be high amounts of data inputting whilst you update company databases.
If you have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail this may just be the role for you! Candidates with administration and customer service experience and good with office IT packages are encouraged to apply!!
This role is temporary to permanent following a successful 3 month period. There is also free onsite parking.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
