Engineering department within FMCG Food manufacturer
Temporary to Permanent Position
Monday-Friday, 8.30 – 17.00 (37 Hours per week)
£11-12 per hour
Our client is based in Hull and looking for an administrator to join them temporarily, the role is ongoing and could progress into a Permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The role will require a professional and positive approach to work as you will be tasked with a wide variety of jobs within the role.
Main duties:
– Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner.
-Assisting with the coordination and smooth running of the engineering department
– Ordering stationery and other supplies when needed.
– Maintaining up to date Documentation.
– Accounts support.
– Scanning, filing and archiving.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
– Experience in an administration type role including Microsoft office
– Good telephone etiquette
– A Proven track record of reliability
– Familiarity with office equipment (computers, scanners and printers etc.)
