Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Administrator to work in Halifax, on a permanent basis.
Term: Full Time, permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, approx. 8am - 4pm)
Pay: £17,550 per annum (£9 per hour)
We are looking for a confident and diligent administrator to join one of our manufacturing clients. You must have previous experience in administration in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
• General administrative duties
• Liaising with several departments ensuring deliveries and collections are organised appropriately
• Ensuring records and paperwork are maintained effectively
• Monitoring KPI’s for various departments
• Assisting the sales department with queries
• Taking and distributing telephone calls
• Maintaining a professional image for the business when communicating with customers
• Completing work as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Ordering stock on site
• Updating data to internal system with regards to employee sickness and holidays
• Liaise with management to communicate stock requirements
• Complete any other reasonable requests by management
Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:
• Good communication skills
• Highly organised
• Effective communication with management
• Confidence in ability and assertive when needed
