Production Operative Nights

We are recruiting on behalf of our client Cranswick Country Foods Watton. Our clients is a dedicated processing facility in Norfolk producing fresh pork sausages and added value meal solutions. Watton was originally a family business which was acquired by our client in 2009. Since then they have made significant investment in the site with state of the art equipment, installation of robotics to continuously improve efficiency's. Our client despite their scale, remains a local business with traditional values. With all that in mind our client are looking to expand the night team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Despatch Day Shift Department for full time work 4on 4off. Our Client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities include;
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical work ethic;
- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Have a good level of spoken and written English (G.O.R);
- Be able to work as part of a team;
- Previous experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
- Completing daily order / pick requirements;
- Stock rotation;
- Dispatching finished stock;
- Loading and unloading vehicles as instructed;
- Communicating any stock shortages to the Area Leader after completing the orders of each customer;
- Ensuring daily targets are met;
- Completion of paperwork.

- Starting rate on nights £13.28 (basic) & £17.71 (overtime) - overtime available during busy periods;
- Work on a 4 on/4 off basis, 16:45 – 03:00;
- £35.00 weekly attendance bonus
