Despatch Operative

Important requirements for this position:
-
Strong attention to detail and a methodical work ethic;
- Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Have a good level of spoken and written English (G.O.R);
- Be able to work as part of a team;
- Previous experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
- Completing daily order / pick requirements;
- Stock rotation;
- Dispatching finished stock;
- Loading and unloading vehicles as instructed;
- Communicating any stock shortages to the Area Leader after completing the orders of each customer;
- Ensuring daily targets are met;
- Completion of paperwork.
We can offer:
- Starting rate on days £11.15 (basic) & £14.87 (overtime) / nights £12.27 (basic) & £16.36 (nights) - overtime available during busy periods;
- Work on a 4 on/4 off basis, 06:00 – 16:45 or 16:45 – 03:00;
- £36.75 (days) or £35.00 (nights) weekly attendance bonus
- Immediate starts following completion of registration and induction;
- Regular opportunities to apply for permanent contracts with the client;
